    Job Description

    DLZ Corporation currently has a Sewer Condition Assessment Data Technician opportunity in Detroit, MI. We are looking for a highly talented and motivated individual to provide GIS, application and programming assistance to our engineers and clients for various municipal, industrial, and institutional projects.
    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Review CCTV and manhole inspection data according to NASSCO PACP, MACP standards.
    • Create standard map products and reports following predefined GIS data standards and specifications.
    • Maintain data integrity and mine data systems by applying information queries; develop dashboards, reports and maps.
    • Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

     Job Requirements:

    • Associates or BS degree in or Engineering and 3 years of directly related experience. Longer lengths of experience can substitute for a college degree.

    • NASSCO PACP/MACP certified

    • 3 or more years’ experience reviewing CCTV inspection video data and/or manhole inspection scan data for condition assessment

    • 3 or more years’ experience using ESRI’s ArcGIS 10.x suite of software products

    • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel and Access.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Innovyze InfoAsset Manger (InfoNet) and Microsoft SharePoint experience
    • Python, SQL, Perl, Java programming experience.
